A button in the upper right Once the completed form has been filled out and printed, it must be signed by you or your legal guardian (if you are applying for a junior membership). Please note: it is important to understand that once this form is filled in online, it MUST be printed - if you attempt to save it to your system, all input you entered will be lost. Alternatively, you can simply print the blank form and fill it out manually, however, filling it out online will make it much easier for us to read and thus less likely to misread what you entered.

However, once filled in, the form MUST be printed and presented in person to the duty officer at the SRC range: no applications will be accepted by email or Canada Post. The duty officer will validate the form, as well as any licenses and firearms associations you may belong to. You will also need to present your membership and/or safety course fees to the duty officer at this time. If you are a new member, you will be scheduled for a safety course before being accepted as a member of SRC.
