oacaThe OACA is, as it's name implies, an organization of collectors of arms, militaria and the like. As an added bonus they also like to shoot!

Each year there are generally several shoots run in conjunction with the Ontario Rifle Association including a final championship shoot. For these shoots I think it is that whoever can shoot the greatest number of different rifles in the day wins! If you like to get out and shoot and have a good time, this is the organisation for you.

OACA Mission Statement

To promote interest in the collection, possession, and lawful use of all type of arms, by holding matches, competitions, meetings and exhibitions where members may shoot, display, exchange, and examine Arms and accessories. With special emphasis on arms of historical interest so that they may be preserved for future generations of Canadians.

Vision

  • To expand membership and participation in arms collecting and competitions
  • Promote access to more female and disabled participants
  • Enhance Canadian involvement in international firearms competitions and exhibitions
  • To provide and maintain access to firearms practice and competition facilities
  • Maintain the private possession of arms by law-abiding Canadians.
