Mrs. Jo Brick presented the awards. Des Vamplew won the TR Grand Aggregate; Jim Thompson won the F Class (in the background is Bill Hall, who, although not shooting this time, did his usual indefatigable job in getting the range and targets ready); Serge Bissonnette was the very capable and genial match organizer. There was a little drizzle on Saturday, but otherwise it was a good weekend for shooting, with good light and almost no wind. Scores were pretty high. The only disappointment was the small entry of 16. Seems that this year people are saving all their time, money and energy for Bisley. As always the range was in immaculate shape - better than many golf courses! There is another shoot at Kingston over the weekend 6-7 September. Let's hope for a better turn-out for this late season event
