Hi all !

Here are the results from the match on August 19th.  It was certainly a beautiful day for the match however for whatever reason we had a poor turnout with less than 20 shooters.  I noticed that there is a decided reluctance to pay for challenges.  My original thought was to hand out the sighter kitty to the person with the best score based on sighters at 600 & 800 but $4 hardly seems worth while. Unless I hear an interesting suggestion I'll dump it into the general prize pot.

2000 Championship T-shirts

I had only one response about T-shirts so I presume that there is not a lot of demand for them.  This year I don't plan on pre-purchasing a bunch of T-shirts to hand out with your registration. However I've asked the Boyntons if they would be interested in bringing some for people to purchase at the match.

 

2000 Championship Course of Fire

All I've decided on at this point is that it will be a similar course of fire to what we had at the last match and that there will be NO wind flags (other than the regular range flags that is). Now I realize that this may inconvenience the three people who actually look at the flags but hopefully it will stimulate your powers of observation.

 

I look forward to seeing you at the championship on September 30th.
